London Trip- Year 8
On 7th May, our year 8 pupils set off early on their journey to London. First stop was the Natural History Museum where we gasped as we entered underneath the Blue Whale Skeleton suspended from the grand entrance's ceiling, pupils then went on to explore the collections of British Wildlife, Dinosaurs, Human Evolution, Oceans and Space.
From the museum, we walked past Downing Street through the park to sit and eat lunch outside the Albert Hall, enjoying the sunshine!
Pupils then walked through Hyde Park to Buckingham Palace taking in the sites of the capital. Our final destination was the National Gallery where we were picked up to travel home.
A fantastic day had by all, thank you to the staff that attended.
