Half of our Year 7 students recently had the exciting opportunity to visit Birmingham Symphony Hall for the annual KS3 concert, performed by the Amazing City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra (CBSO).

Pupils and staff were treated to a stunning selection of orchestral music from around the world, including the iconic Hedwig’s Theme from Harry Potter by John Williams and the thrilling Pirates of the Caribbean theme by Hans Zimmer. It was an inspiring experience that brought the power of live music to life, leaving students in awe of the incredible performances.

The year 7 pupils represented the academy beautifully, Thank You to Mr Spooner our Head of Music for organising such a special trip.
